Keith Varian is a member of the Firm’s Business Finance Department. He is a commercial transactions attorney with emphasis on financings, real estate and contracts. He represents lenders and borrowers in financings for renewable energy projects and other energy efficiency measures. Keith also represents numerous retailers and businesses within the hospitality sector. He regularly represents clients on landlord-tenant matters, including drafting leases, and frequently represents lenders and other parties interested in retail properties. He also represents clients in the healthcare sector on a wide range of matters including purchases, sales and leasing, HUD and private lender financings, contractual matters, capital expansions, joint venture participation and asset purchase agreements.
